As a surprise trip for my partner's birthday, I had booked a Sensation room with a late checkout (love the opportunity to check out at 15h); as we arrived to the location, they surprised us with an upgrade to the suite! The attention to detail and care the staff showed us during our stay was incredible. Thank you for gifting him such a wonderful time,it really meant the world. The room is stunning, loved the natural materials and the cozy atmosphere. All the amenities, the furniture, the bathtub (that by itself deserves the 5 star review)...amazing quality and with such taste! Location was perfect too, easy to reach both with the metro and taxi and it's in a quiet side street, so we weren't bothered by noise or traffic. Had booked breakfast for the next morning and it was next level. So tasty! My partner said it was probably the best breakfast he ever had at any hotel. Late checkout was a bliss too. If I could give this Hotel a 6 star review, I would!

The rooms although small are so well finished that they feel so comfortable. The bar and reception areas were lovely. Staff all very friendly and very helpful. I got room service when I arrived late and it came promptly. I had a very large bag with sports equipment which they stored for me. Location is great, 15 min Uber to Le Marais for food. Nice walk along champs Elysee to Jardin tulerie. Nice jogging route around avenue foch. All round great stay.

The hotel was very clean, and the room was plenty spacious for 2 best friends. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and the service they deliver is exceptional. Nothing is ever too much hassle and they. are always willing to help. As two young girls. travelling alone, we felt completely safe and this was so important for us. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a small convenience store round the corner, with several cafes, designer shops and restaurants minutes away, and the Arc De Triomphe less than a 10 minute walk. The Eiffel Tower we always opted to Uber to, however it would only be around 30 minutes to walk.

The Hidden Hotel was exceptional! We arrived to welcome gifts and personal messages which immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable for our 5 night stay. The room had a lovely vibe and a great shower with gorgeous toiletries and fluffy towels. The bed was fantastic with lovely pillows and a comfy quilt it was like sleeping in a marshmallow! We had the terrace room and this was very welcome as we could relax after a day sightseeing. I would highly recommend.
