The location of the hotel was perfect being 2 minutes away from the metro line and having plenty of bars, restaurants and bakeries on the streets around it. The hotel was lovely with good sized room decorated extremely well and with nice touches to make it extra special for us travelling as a couple. All of the staff me and my partner spoke to were welcoming, polite and friendly, we felt at home with them. We only had 2 drinks in the hotel as we had meals and bars planned out during our stay but both the coffees and cocktails we had were lovely and the bartender offering to make a custom cocktail based on our favourite drinks was great. With it being my partners birthday I also asked the hotel if they could help add any personal touches to our stay and they organised flowers, rose petals and left a lovely handwritten note for my partner which she loved.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic, every single member of staff takes the time to accommodate you, and although we weren't great on the language they all spoke good English and did everything they could to help us out, myself and my wife came for our first weekend break in Paris and loved every moment, great location close to the metro, walking distance to the Eiffel tower and the arc, Although every member of staff was exceptional I have to have a special mention for Thomas, he helped me out with ideas for surprises for my wife, locations, restaurants, dress codes for them, everything, this shows how amazing the staff are as a whole, we would definitely stay again and if we are ever in Paris again, we will be back 💚

We had a 2 night stay in one of the beautiful suites and an additional night in one of the smaller rooms. The team were beyond kind, welcoming and friendly. The whole aesthetic worked really well with an emphasis on sustainability. The bed was SO comfy and spacious. The bathtub in the middle of the room was incredible and stylish. The added touch of treats for celebrating was excellent and well received. The rainforest style shower was also fabulous and the toiletries were eco and smelled delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Oh and the breakfast is fab (we’d recommend having it as room service- the perfect start to a day exploring Paris). Thank you Hidden Hotel!

I loved everything about this hotel, from the lovely staff to the clean rooms. The cleaners made sure the rooms were up to standard in terms of tyding up. Thank you so much. The staff were so helpful, they were very welcoming. They always had smiles on their faces, they made us feel so comfortable. I have never received service like I did in all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in, this is by far the best hotel. The staff/ manager makes you feel at home & it did become a home for the 8 days I stayed in Hidden Hotel. I’m already planning my next trip this year. Thank you Hidden Hotel staff for your kindness, love and effort that you put into to make us feel at home. See you soon.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable and we immediately felt welcome by the incredible staff the moment we entered the door. Alice, Jade, Luca, Thomas, Daniel, Julian, and every other person we encountered were super friendly and accommodating, and responsive whenever we had a need or question- they all truly made us feel at home and we are deeply grateful! We will surely choose Hidden Hotel again the next time we are in Paris! ☺️💖🇫🇷
