As a surprise trip for my partner's birthday, I had booked a Sensation room with a late checkout (love the opportunity to check out at 15h); as we arrived to the location, they surprised us with an upgrade to the suite! The attention to detail and care the staff showed us during our stay was incredible. Thank you for gifting him such a wonderful time,it really meant the world. The room is stunning, loved the natural materials and the cozy atmosphere. All the amenities, the furniture, the bathtub (that by itself deserves the 5 star review)...amazing quality and with such taste! Location was perfect too, easy to reach both with the metro and taxi and it's in a quiet side street, so we weren't bothered by noise or traffic. Had booked breakfast for the next morning and it was next level. So tasty! My partner said it was probably the best breakfast he ever had at any hotel. Late checkout was a bliss too. If I could give this Hotel a 6 star review, I would!

The attention to detail is remarkable, but what truly touched my heart was the personalized welcome message in Serbian waiting for me in my room. It was such an emotional and thoughtful gesture that instantly made me feel seen and appreciated, especially since it was my first time in Paris. The cozy ambiance, impeccable service, and genuine hospitality are unmatched. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The hotel was very clean, and the room was plenty spacious for 2 best friends. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and the service they deliver is exceptional. Nothing is ever too much hassle and they. are always willing to help. As two young girls. travelling alone, we felt completely safe and this was so important for us. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a small convenience store round the corner, with several cafes, designer shops and restaurants minutes away, and the Arc De Triomphe less than a 10 minute walk. The Eiffel Tower we always opted to Uber to, however it would only be around 30 minutes to walk.

Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, especially the beds which are just divine, particularly after a long day of sightseeing! The hotel has a fantastic bar and breakfast (plenty of vegan options!) and the location is great. Above all the staff were brilliant, they were so genuinely kind and friendly and made me and my sister feel right at home, especially when having cocktails in the bar. It was my first proper visit to Paris, and the hotel made the trip even more special. Merci beaucoup!

The rooms are cozy and comfortable and we immediately felt welcome by the incredible staff the moment we entered the door. Alice, Jade, Luca, Thomas, Daniel, Julian, and every other person we encountered were super friendly and accommodating, and responsive whenever we had a need or question- they all truly made us feel at home and we are deeply grateful!
